We are looking for a Business Development Manager who really understands the whole commercial property and corporate real estate ecosystem, ideally having contacts with property owners, property management companies or property investors. The Package: £40,000 – £50,000 basic, £75,000 OTE

The Role:

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts, ideally utilising your extensive network of contacts within the commercial property and corporate real estate ecosystem, building relationships with property owners, property management companies or property investors. You will be mainly focused on the London market but with scope to develop business across the whole UK and even Europe.
This is an award-winning PropTech offering that ties into existing Building Management Systems (BMS) to drive efficiencies that generate ROI within 6 months, making for a very powerful and compelling proposition that is hard to ignore. This is a chance to genuine revolutionise that property sector and we need individuals passionate about the sector. This is not a business development role where you will be stuck in an office cold calling, we want individuals who know the industry and can get out there and network with their existing contacts to unearth new opportunities.

The Candidate:

First and foremost, we need individuals that really understand the whole commercial property and corporate real estate ecosystem, ideally having contacts with property owners, property management companies or property investors. Experience in PropTech is advantageous but not essential providing you have experience Business Development and Sales experience.

The Package:

The basic salary for this Business Development Manager position will be in the region of £40,000 – £50,000. The OTE will be circa £75,000 but this is very conservative, there is huge potential to overachieve on this.
