The Role:
As the Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing some of the biggest clients across the UK. You will be charged with developing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within financial services, whilst demonstrating excellent technical knowledge. This exciting company needs an Account Manager who can discuss technical level bespoke software and how it would fit within a financial services system. Based out of a West London office initially followed by UK travel whilst visiting clients but with the flexibility to work from home.
The Candidate:
We are looking for an Account Manager or 2nd line support (with 1-year of client-facing) experience working within IT or the financial market, with experience talking to C-Level decision-makers on a technical level.
The Package:
Although a basic salary is negotiable for the right candidate, initial indications are in the region of £40,000. On top of this, you will also receive a benefits package, including company car/allowance, healthcare, pension, laptop, phone, and uncapped commission plan generating an OTE in the region of £10,000. You will also have the benefit of being part of a rapidly expanding organisation.
