The Role:
As the Business Development Manager/Senior Sales Exec, you will be responsible for the new business sales strategy across the UK. You will be charged with developing new business for a unique and highly innovative, award-winning trendsetter who sells banking services into SME to mid-size businesses across an array of markets. This start-up exciting company needs a BDM who can open doors using their experience and knowledge of sales of financial services. Based out of a trendy central London office but with the flexibility to work from home and travel.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager or Senior Sales Exec who has at least 3 years experience selling a range of financial services into businesses with a turnover between £3m-£30m. The BDM/Senior Sales Exec must have a track record of sales success as a new business hunter, managing your own diary, and reacting to an ever-changing marketplace. You must be adept at work across the UK, based in London.
The Package:
Although the basic salary is negotiable for the right candidate, initial indications are in the region of £40,000. On top of this, you will also receive a benefits package, including company car/allowance, healthcare, pension, laptop, phone, and uncapped commission plan generating an OTE in the region of £70,000. You will also have the benefit of being part of a rapidly expanding organisation.
