City of London – £60,000 – plus bonus

This rapidly growing SaaS business is pioneering a service that drives the effectiveness of Enterprise clients across the world. Working with 20% of the FTSE 100, this company are planning to add at least 30 new heads over the next 12 months, and that starts with an experienced SDR Manager to drive the new business arm.

 

Role

The SDR Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Representatives to find and develop new leads for the Account Executives. The team will be built around this position so responsibilities for recruitment and team lead will be at the forefront.  Going into 2020 there will be an expectation to grow the team to 10 by the end of the year. Managing and inspiring the team to hit KPI’s and targets, the SDR Manager will work closely with the CEO and Marketing departments to bring further success to the company.

 

Responsibilities will include

  • Lead a team of up to 10 SDR’s to hit appointment targets for the Account Executive team
  • Recruit a further 6 employees for the team
  • Play a key role in scaling a successful business model
  • Manage and report on SDR achievements against set targets
  • Identify, prospects, pitch and close deals with senior executives in Europe
  • Develop tailored pricing proposals for software and services
  • Work closely with Sales Director to expand offerings

Your Experience

  • 1+ years experience as a team leader or SDR Manager, plus previous experience as an SDR
  • Working experience managing a team of SDRs, BDRs, Telesales, or Telemarketers
  • Experience in start up is a preference
  • Working knowledge of recruitment software is a bonus
  • Ability to recruit and grow team
  • Ambition to grow with a growing company
  • Technical aptitude and desire to master sales tools, including Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor’s Degree
