We’ve partnered with a SaaS start-up, that is looking to successfully build a new sales team in New York to sell across a North American market. The business has built an incredible marketing and analytics software platform that is sold into the marketing departments of Enterprise clients.

You will be working closely with the Global Sales Directors and will be offered a competitive market salary and package.
Role

You’ll be 1 of the 10 new hires into the business, you will be instrumental in establishing a platform for all future new business across the company as well as account management functions. You will be expected to manage a team to win new Enterprise clients and also be involved in a 360 sales cycle to a successful conclusion.
Your Experience
- 3-5+ years experience in a Sales Management role
- Working knowledge SaaS and solutions-based selling
- Previous experience of marketing technology is preferable
- Working knowledge of selling to Enterprise clients
- Ability to understand the client’s business problems, and lead intelligent conversations
- Ambition to grow with a growing company
- Technical aptitude and desire to master sales tools, including Salesforce.com
- Willing to travel 30% of the role
- College Education or equivalent on-the-job experience
