West London – £26,000 – plus commission – £40,000 OTE first year

This leading pet product company are on the lookout to hire a Sales Manager into their high-energy team based in West London. This is the perfect opportunity for a creative and imaginative individual to support the business at an exciting time of growth.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Brand Ambassadors to find and develop new leads for their award-winning pet products. The team will be built around this position so responsibilities for leading from the front and also having that ability to predict revenue and understand figures is essential.
Responsibilities will include
- Leading a team of up to 10 Brand Ambassadors
- Playing a key role in scaling a successful business model
- Managing and report on Brand Ambassador achievements against set targets
- Identify, prospects, pitch and close deals with Senior Leadership Team
- Develop tailored pricing proposals for new products
- Work closely with Sales Director to expand offerings
- 1+ years experience as a team leader or Sales Manager
- Working experience within a B2C market (preference)
- Experience in start-up (preference)
- Pro-active, entrepreneurial ‘can do’ attitude
- Sense of humour
- Love of pets…..!!!!!
