Sales Executive – Fintech – OTE £40,000
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing finance technology company, which are seeking a Sales Executive to actively generate new business opportunities. You selling across the UK with an extremely attractive commission structure, with the aim to will sell into a range of sectors across a B2B market.
The Role:
As a Sales Executive your role will be to; generate new leads as well as take advantage of leads generated by the marketing team, in order to win new business! By promoting and selling these innovative financial technologies (Fintech) solutions, you will be at the forefront of the market. In this executive role, you will be in control of your own diary, cold calling prospects and building rapport. As a Sales Executive, you will be in communication with a variety of decision-makers, representing yourself and as an ambassador to this exciting Fintech company.
The Candidate:
The correct candidate for this role has 6 months plus a proven track record in sales/lead generation. You must thrive off of going after new business, with a real interest in prospecting and closing new business opportunities. You must have excellent communication, and skills in negotiation. You’ll be well educated with and a degree within a finance or economics field will be a benefit.
The Package:
The salary package for this Sales Executive role will be negotiable depending on previous experience and performance, initial indication is a base salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 basic, with uncapped £40,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits. This is also a great position to be in due to the company being in an aggressive growth phase, meaning there’s a great opportunity for progression!
