The Role:
As a Sales Consultant / Executive you will approach warm leads to win new business opportunities in a B2C market. Selling these competitive insurance policies, you will be at the forefront of the market representing a company that has shown impressive growth. In this role as Sales Consultant, you will be managing your own diary, calling individuals and building rapport whilst working towards very realistic targets using warm leads. As a Sales Consultant / Executive you will be a crucial part to the company’s success and growth, with the potential to move into senior roles based on performance.
The Candidate:
The ideal Sales Consultant / Executive will have a had some experience selling Life Insurance, preferably between 6-12month. You must have a hunter mentality, with a real passion for prospecting and closing new business opportunities. You must have excellent communication, and negotiation skills, be confident working towards targets, with strengths and success of selling directly to consumers.
The Package:
Although the salary package for this Sales Consultant / Executive role will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £16,000 and £20,000 basic, with uncapped £40,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits.
