Sales Executive – Flexi-Office Solutions

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a tenacious Sales Executive to join this market-leading player within the CoWorking space. The business offers a range of flexible offices around London to clients both large and small. They have expanded into the London market and have also just opened offices across Europe. They are looking for a down to earth sales professional who is happy to work in a relaxed office that comes with an onsite pool and ping pong tables along with a casual dress policy.

 

Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing relationships from incoming warm leads through marketing channels including internet enquiries, and incoming calls. Focusing on building relationships with key decision-makers, this role has a solutions-based approach and doesn’t believe in a cold calling environment. You will be liaising, and interacting with C-Level decision-makers across a number of industries both here in the UK and across Europe.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Work and Play Hard
  • Building relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales performance
  • Secure new business and achieve your sales targets by working on new inbound leads
  • Assist with the smooth administrative running of the marketing department
  • Identify potential upgrade opportunities with existing customers and generate new sales

 

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ years sales experience – as a Sales Executive or Business Development Manager
  • Experience in a phone-based role working with either cold or warm leads
  • Professional image, pleasant personality, tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent organisational skills – ability to manage own workload, keep the department’s administration side organised and work within set timescales
  • High level of I.T. literacy – good working knowledge of Word and Excel packages and ability to quickly learn and use new database systems

 

What’s on offer for the Sales Executive

  • £23,000 – £25,000 base salary
  • Commission payable on achieved targets – £30,000 – £35,000 first year OTE
