The Role:
As part of a new and exciting company within job board solutions, your main responsibilities will be generating new leads, chasing these leads and closing deals in order to grow profitable revenues for the company by mainly targeting recruitment companies and HR departments offering them job board solutions. Generating new clients through cold calling but you will also be managing the accounts that you bring on. The role will be office based from a Central London office.
The Candidate:
The successful internal sales executive/telesales representative will be a vibrant and self-motivated individual who can work under pressure to meet and exceed their sales targets with a hunger and drive to succeed is key. A proven record of success within sales is essential but industry experience is not needed. The internal sales executive/telesales representative will need a strong work ethic, resilience, tenacity and a positive attitude.
The Package:
For the position of internal sales executive/telesales representative, you will be offered a basic salary of £20,000-£25,000 depending on experience and a strong commission structure offering an OTE of £50,000.
