The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will sell the companies software solutions for financial services across a number of industries, to businesses ranging from start-up SME’s to Mid Size organisations. The products produced are industry-leading software platforms that have already won multiple awards within the financial services. Building on relationships is a huge part of the role, along with mapping the market and targeting C-Level decision-makers to sell to. Marketing campaigns and referrals will provide the bulk of the leads so there is no need for cold calling, just the ability to engage at the top level.
The Candidate:
The ideal Sales Executive will have 6 months plus a proven track record of internal sales – preferably within tech sales. You must have a hunter mentality, with a real passion for prospecting and closing new business opportunities. You must have excellent communication, and negotiation skills. Degree education is important for this client and a degree within a finance or economics field will be a benefit.
The Package:
Although the salary package for this Sales Executive role will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, an initial indication is a base salary of £25,000 basic, with uncapped £45,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits. With an aggressive growth phase, this is a fantastic time to join this fantastic finance technology company.
