Sales Executive – Fintech – OTE £40,000
This is an opportunity to join an exciting and disruptive finance technology company, who due to its recent grown are recruiting for a new Sales Executive to come in and identify and develop new business opportunities. The company have gone strength from strength since their inception and are well financially backed.
The Role:
This is a great role for someone tired of making endless cold calls and looking to work in a more targeted and consultative manner. As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing Department to help develop new business opportunities using inbound leads and leads generated through marketing campaigns. Promoting and selling these innovative financial technologies (Fintech) solutions, you will be at the forefront of the market. In this position you will communicate with a variety of decision makers, acting as an ambassador to yourself and the company.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have 6 – 18 months in a similar role. We are open to talking to people with sales experience from any industry as long as you have a strong track record. The correct candidate will have a hunter mentality, with a passion for generating new business. This role will require you to communicate with many different individuals and therefore strong communication skills are necessary.
The Package:
The salary package for this Sales Executive role will be negotiable depending on previous experience and performance, initial indication is a base salary of between £25,000 and £27,000 basic, with uncapped £42,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits. This is also a great position to be in due to the company being in an aggressive growth phase, meaning there’s a great opportunity for progression!
