As a territory Business Development Manager, you will source, acquire, and close leads into new business sales across the East Coast. The main target market for your services will the finance sector – everything from banks to major finance providers, and specialist finance providers. By qualifying the needs of the client, you will tailor software solutions that provide operating platforms, and finance management.
The next Business Development Manager should have a minimum of 4 years of experience working within a field sales position selling tech into the finance industry preferably non-banks and regional banks. Previous experience of hunting new business and selling a solution-based product is key, whilst any experience in a project management capacity will be beneficial. Drive and ambition are hugely desirable as the company are renowned for the support and promotion of their employees, climbing the ranks can happen as quickly as your desire it with diligence and success.
The Business Development Manager will receive a basic salary of between $100,000 to $110,000 depending on experience. Typically, the Business Development Managers will make $20,000 – $30,000 on top of their basic salary if hitting the first year’s realistic targets.
