The Role:

As Operations Director you will have an integral role in the Fitness Start-Up. You will be hands-on and rolling your sleeves up to get involved in all areas of the business, being a pivotal figure in this start up’s growth. This Head of Operations position is a challenging role, that requires strong people management, project management, planning and execution skills.

The Candidate:

The Operations Director will ideally have experienced a similar journey in the past, working for a rapidly growing Start-Up and being an integral part of their journey. You need to be someone who isn’t scared of rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck into all areas of the business. You must be based in London and a passion for fitness is hugely advantageous. You must be a commercial, sociable, process-driven Head of Ops with good attention to detail and a passion for making things better to be part of this young, fun and high growth business.

The Package:

The basic salary for this Operations Director is within the region of £35,000 to £50,000. Additionally, it should not be overlooked that this position will give you a pathway for rapid career progression and salary progression as the company grows and expands.
