Stepping into this role, you will deliver exceptional service to their student base who are located around the world, ensuring every student has an opportunity to partake in their award-winning language training. Communication is a key attribute to succeed in this role, having the confidence to speak on the phone as well as liaise on their online chat and email services. The successful candidate will be proactive and hands-on, being able to work collaboratively within a talented team. You will be speaking to candidates from around the world and working with incoming warm leads.

Key responsibilities

  • Work and Play Hard
  • Building relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales performance
  • Work alongside the company strategy to optimise sales conversion
  • Provide exceptional service and pathways to help students make the correct decisions
  • Provide accurate information needed for visa applications and confirmation of bookings
  • Process accommodation requests for homestay, residence and flat-share students
  • To be familiar with relevant product information to ensure quick and effective sales

Essential Language Discipline (Minimum – 1 of the following)

  • French
  • Spanish
  • Arabic
  • German
  • Portuguese

What we’re looking for

  • 1-2 years experience in an outstanding customer service or sales role (B2C)
  • Advanced English skills, both spoken and written
  • Hard-working, well organised, enthusiastic, creative, forward-thinking and fun-loving
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • The ability to speak multiple languages fluently
