This is an opportunity to join a dynamic finance technology start-up, who are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join their team and generate new business opportunities. You will be selling to companies around the UK with an excellent commission structure.
The Role:
As an Inside Sales Manager your role will be to; to generate your own leads as well as using leads generated by the marketing team, in order to create and win new business opportunities! Pitching and selling this exciting Fintech application, you will be at the forefront of the market. In this Sales position, you will be in control of your own diary, arranging appointments and calling. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be in communication with many different C – Suite individuals, as an ambassador to yourself and the company.
The Candidate:
The correct candidate will have 2 – 4 years in sales, with a proven track record in sales and an understanding in the world of finance. You must have a passion of going after new business, with a real talent in prospecting and closing sales. An ability to communicate well is important, as well as skills in negotiation. You’ll be well educated with and a degree within a finance or economics field will be a benefit.
The Package:
The salary package for this Inside Sales Manager role will be negotiable depending on previous experience and performance, initial indication is a base salary of between £35,000 and £40,000 basic, with uncapped £30,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits. As the company are in an aggressive growth phase there’s the opportunity to progress and grow with the company.
