London – £30,000 – £35,000 plus £20,000 OTE

This ultra-high-growth marketing technology business has just created bespoke an intelligent software platform that I aimed at FTSE 250 clients and is now looking to grow their SDR team. They are looking at growing the team by adding 3 new Sales Development Representatives within their Central London offices (remote currently) across different language disciplines. The company has over 20 years of experience working within some of the biggest businesses in the UK and across Europe.
Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for taking the SaaS product to market, pitching and demonstrating the software product to C-Level decision-makers across a broad range of industries via Skype and video calls. It will require a solutions-based approach selling this bespoke marketing technology software which inevitability helps a businesses productivity measuring data and analytics. There have been some long hanging fruit identified by the business although there is an expectation to drive new business and open doors to new opportunities via an existing network or through events and conferences across Europe.
Responsibilities will include
- Lead the execution of a consultative sales cycle into enterprise clients
- Generation of new business plus bringing on board the “low hanging fruit”
- Pitch to decision C-Level decision-makers across DACH region
- Be the single point of contact in sales for the prospect
- Identify, prospects, pitch and close deals with senior executives in Europe
- Develop tailored pricing proposals for software and services
- Attend seminars and trade shows as required
Your Experience
- 6 months experience minimum in an SDR or BDR role
- Fluent German (focus on DACH market)
- Working knowledge of pitching to C-Level decision-makers
- Working knowledge of how software solutions can benefits businesses
- Ability to understand the client’s business problems, and lead intelligent conversations
- Ambition to grow with a growing company
- Technical aptitude and desire to master sales tools, including Salesforce.com
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent on-the-job experience
