We’re working with an established, Digital Banking Software company, to recruit a Client Manager for their senior sales team. As the Client Manager, you will be solely responsible for the cross/upsell to existing accounts. This role is supported by a team of Account Managers who carry a remit of ‘firefighting’ and handling technical enquires. You’ll not be the main port of call for day-to-day inquiries, but will be responsible for networking with clients to grow existing accounts.
It’s essential that the Client Manager has a proven track record within Digital Banking. You’ll need to utilise your knowledge of digital banking and networking within the Banking/ Financial Services sector. Ideally, you’ll spend most of your time client-facing, however, you’ll likely spend 2 days a week working from their riverside office in Kingston, South West London.
The Client Manager salary is between £70,000- £90,000 with an OTE of £140,0000- £180,000 (uncapped).
