Public Sector Digital Consulting – Chief Sales Officer – Exec level leader
We are recruiting for an Exec level senior leadership role within one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech consultancies. This is a super fast-growing business that you will be an integral part of growing their Public Sector function at a real pace to be a £50m unit in the next 3-4 years. Beyond this role there will be huge future opportunities and new challenges as senior leaders in this business enjoy a ‘tour of duty’ approach – you will build something remarkable in Public Sector and then use your experience to launch other exciting ventures in future years.
Open to any location in the UK, circa £200k to £250k total package, but definitely flexible for the right person.
They are a consultancy and tech development firm specialising in digital and agile, working with big brand name clients across the UK. They have experienced amazing growth and are commercially successful having been founded just 6 years ago as a privately funded business, they have grown to £50m turnover, 10x revenue in the last 5 years, and grown to 750 employees across 10 locations in the UK. As of this year, they are investment backed with aspirations to grow even more quickly and 10x again in the next 5 and become a £450-500m business and reach 30 UK locations and 30 International locations in the next 5 years.
The right candidate will be:
- An Exec level leader
- Have a BD background in Digital Consulting / Digital Services / Technology Consulting / Digital Transformation / Software Development / Application Development / Digital Engineering
- Public sector business development expertise, ideally in Central Government
- A real passion for technology
- A desire to work for a collaborative and fast-growing, ambitious business where things happen quickly
