Business Development Manager – HR and Payroll – €80,000
A superb opening has been signed off to work for one of the world’s most well-known HR and Payroll solutions businesses in Belgium. This company provide cutting-edge digital HR platforms to large FTSE clients and is looking for a BDM to continue to grow its Belgium market.
Role
As a territory Business Development Manager, you will source, acquire, and close leads, turning opportunities into new business sales across a Belgium market. Selling a range of best in class digital HR solutions, from payroll services to time and attendance software. You’ll be selling to C-Level decision-makers across a range of business sizes, mainly from mid to Enterprise size.
Candidate
The next Business Development Manager should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working within a field sales position selling HR or payroll solutions. You will need an understanding of how SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday systems work, and the function they can provide to businesses. Drive and ambition are hugely desirable as the company are renowned for the support and promotion of their employees, climbing the ranks can happen as quickly as your desire it with diligence and success. As the position will require travel across Belgium a second language is desirable but not essential.
Package
The Business Development Manager will receive a basic salary of between €50,000 – €80,000 depending on experience. Typically, the Business Development Managers will make 20% on top of their basic salary if hitting the first year’s realistic targets. Added benefits include; car, or car allowance, medical cover, phone, laptop.
