The Role:
As the Business Development Manager/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the new business sales strategy across the UK. You will be charged with developing new business for a unique and highly innovative, award-winning trendsetter who sell digital banking software technology across Tier 1 and Tier 2 Banks throughout the UK and Europe. This exciting company needs a BDM who can open doors using their contacts within the banking sector. Based out of a West London office initially followed by UK travel whilst visiting clients but with the flexibility to work from home.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager who has a long list of contacts across the finance market, with experience selling technology (SaaS) into financial services. Selling into this market previously is a must with preferences around digital banking, SAAS, or a similar solution. The BDM/Sales Manager must have a track record of sales success as a new business hunter, managing your own diary and reacting to an ever-changing marketplace. You must be adept at work across the UK, based in London.
The Package:
Although the basic salary is negotiable for the right candidate, initial indications are in the region of £50,000. On top of this, you will also receive a benefits package, including company car/allowance, healthcare, pension, laptop, phone, and uncapped commission plan generating an OTE in the region of £100,000. You will also have the benefit of being part of a rapidly expanding organisation.
