Role
As a territory Business Development Manager, you will source, acquire, and close leads into new business sales across a range of products into a number of different industries. The main target market for your services will the public sector. You will be targeting a range of decision-makers from CTOs to CMOs and CEOs. By qualifying the needs of the client, you will tailor digital solutions that provide products including websites and apps.
Candidate
The next Business Development Manager should have a minimum of 5 years experience working within a sales position selling either technology, SAAS, marketing, or digital services into high profile clients and FTSE 250 companies. Previous experience of hunting new business and selling a solution-based product is key, whilst any experience with agile, or change management will be beneficial. Drive and ambition are hugely desirable as the company is renowned for the support and promotion of their employees, climbing the ranks can happen as quickly as your desire it with diligence and success.
Package
The Business Development Manager will receive a basic salary of between £60,000-£80,000 depending on experience. Typically, the Business Development Managers will make £20,000 to £30,000 on top of their basic salary if hitting the first year’s realistic targets. Added benefits include; car, or car allowance, medical cover, phone, laptop.
