A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to work with a well-established provider of online education platforms into Higher Education, and Further Education markets. Due to recent success, they are expanding into the UK market and looking for a new business hunter to join their team.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking Business Development Manager based in a defined region across the South East and London. The company provides an online education software platform that is sold into the Higher education, and Further education markets. The solution helps teachers and students alike manage diaries, tasks and other commitments to give more time for teaching, and makes sharing resources and information between teachers and students easier.

The Candidate:

The ideal Business Development Manager must have an excellent track record of sales with experience of a solution led sale. The ideal candidate must have a record of working within the FE and HE markets, be energetic and dynamic, and understand school and college requirements. This is a new business role as accounts will be handed over to the accounts team so you must have a proven track record of new business development. You will ideally be based in the West Sussex area up to London as this is where the office will be based.

The Package:

Although the salary package will be negotiable depending on previous experience, the successful Business Development Manager will receive an initial base salary of up to £40,000 with uncapped £70,000 OTE, plus benefits.
