The Role:
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for consultative new business sales of Wealth Management and Financial Advisory solutions to High Net Worth Individuals. Based in the London office you will build relationships with new prospects with a highly consultative qualification process, and then nurture them through the process all the way to closing, with the help of a qualified financial advisor. You will be at the forefront of a pioneering and refreshing approach in the finance industry, doing away with the stuffy old-fashioned stereotypes in favour of a straightforward way of working! Over time there is a natural progression to a career in Financial Advisory.
The Candidate:
The Business Development Manager must have experience and success in a KPI driven, telephone-based, new business sales environment. You must utilise a very consultative, qualification heavy sales approach. You will have excellent telephone manner, be well educated, articulate and ideally have experience, education or interest in Finance, particularly in Wealth Management and Financial Advisory. You must be based in London.
The Package:
As Business Development Manager your package will be in the region of £25,000 – £32,000 basic with uncapped commission, realistic first year OTE of £48,000.
