Business Development Manager – eLearning Platform (LMS)
This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and experienced candidate to join one of the fastest-growing, market-leading players in the online training space. Selling bespoke software solutions, this position is ideal for a Business Development Manager or Account Manager with 3+ years of experience within the eLearning or LMS space.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to develop new business for the company across markets and industries, targeting C-Level decision-makers within the Enterprise space. Selling a bespoke LMS solution for online learning, this role will consist of demonstrations and presenting to the board level. Although a lot of the role will be to find new clients to work with there will also be a large part assigned to account management of any business deals won.
The perfect candidate for the position of Business Development Manager will have a proven, strong sales record over the past 2/3 years, preferably selling an online training solution or LMS into the FTSE 500. As the software is bespoke for each client, the experience we need to see is of a solutions-based salesperson. A strong understanding of e-learning or training solutions could be very beneficial as the expectation is to hit the ground running.
The successful candidate for the role of Business Development Manager will receive an excellent financial package. This includes a Basic Salary of up to £65,000 along with a commission structure that can hugely add to one’s take-home pay. Along with this, the role includes opportunities to travel, including destinations across Europe and the U.S.
