The Role:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients within the Education Technology sector. Focusing on secondary and primary schools, the Southern Sales Manager will be selling Technology products e.g. interactive whiteboards, projector screens, touch screens, CRM Systems both software and hardware elements. You will be liaising with key decision-makers and interacting with end-users. The Area Sales Manager will need to be prepared to build a strong client base by generating your own leads to maximise revenue.
The Candidate:
The ideal Area Sales Manager candidate is required to have previous experience selling Education Technology (nursery, primary, or secondary). You must be incredibly self-motivated with a track record of consistently exceeding targets. The Area Sales Manager must be client-focused with a clear drive for success, uphold excellent communication skills and good telephone etiquette. It is vital to build lasting relationships with your customers in order to retain and maximise revenue opportunities.
