An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to work for one of the UK’s leading property agencies. This FTSE 100 firm is looking for people with new business development and account management experience who will relish the challenge of undertaking a new business sector within this well-established firm.
Reporting to the Commercial Area Director, this is an incredible opportunity for a well-experienced, hard-working Account Manager. The company withhold one of the largest property portals in the UK using a sophisticated yet user-friendly platform, with an extensive range of properties all centred in one place.
The ideal Account Manager must have outstanding sales and negotiation skills and confidently able to build strong relationships internally and externally. They will possess an energetic yet disciplined attitude to generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets. A strategic and analytical mindset is essential, with previous exposure to data analysis.
In this position, you will primarily focus on acquiring agents to advertise commercial properties, in turn boosting revenues through obtaining new and existing customers. You will take on complete responsibility throughout the sales cycle from generation to closure, whilst ensuring all accounts have a clear understanding of the firm’s products and pricing structures. As the Account Manager, you will be an influential role model, practising strong company values and beliefs.
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, the successful Account Manager will receive an initial base salary of up to £35,000, plus benefits.
