Account Manager – Professional Sports Venue
London – £25,000 – £27,000 plus yearly bonus

This professional sports venue hosts some of the most iconic events throughout the sporting calendar, and are now on the lookout for a new Account Manager to join their team.
Role
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment while attending events. Focusing proactively on building relationships with clients through both initial introductory calls and personal meetings face to face, this role does require you to hit specific sales targets, as well as maximising sales opportunities with clients for the sales team to help the overall performance of the business.
Responsibilities will include
- Manage all client’s relationships
- Proactively manage all client interactions
- Play a key role in scaling a successful business model
- Be an ambassador for the sports club
- Day to day conversations with senior executives in Europe and the USA
- Diagnose the customers’ key business needs and develop a deep understanding of the way multinational companies operate
Your experience
- Exceptional work ethic
- 1 year account management experience
- A high level of comfort and determination when dealing with challenging situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm
- The ambition to go beyond the 9-5 with a strong desire to grow and build a career
- Degree level education is desired but not essential
