Account Manager – Base: £25k to £30k / OTE: 45K
We are working alongside a business that operates in the short term lets and rental sector to recruit an Account Manager.
The Role:
Your key responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of clients and properties, building new relationships with clients and driving sales strategies to upsell property services. As the Account Manager, you will inherit accounts and help grow and nurture these relationships as well as drive new business by creating new relationships with hosts, property owners, and hospitality companies.
The Candidate:
In this role, you will need to possess excellent skills in organisation, as well as great skills in communication, as you will need to create and grow many relationships. You will have experience working to targets and meeting KPIs. A good understanding of the property and hospitality market is desirable but not necessary.
The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable depending on previous experience, the successful Account Manager will receive an initial base salary of up to £30,000 with uncapped £45,000 OTE, plus benefits.
