Account Manager – Base: £18k – £20k / OTE: 35K
We are working alongside a business that operates in the real estate and rental sector to recruit an Account Manager.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and properties, developing relationships with clients and driving sales strategies to upsell property services. As the Account Manager, you will take management of the properties as well as driving new business by creating new relationships with hosts and property owners.
The Candidate:
You will need to possess exceptional organisation skills, have the ability to proactively problem-solve and offer solutions. A good understanding of the property market, managing properties and client accounts.
The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable depending on previous experience, the successful Account Manager will receive an initial base salary of up to £20,000 with uncapped £35,000 OTE, plus benefits.
