This tech start-up is on the hunt for an Account Manager to be assigned to work with a few of their main Global accounts. Their Technology offers their clients frictionless, eCommerce solutions by providing innovative and connected marketing experiences. They are at the cutting edge of the technology world and are growing at a huge rate, with multiple clients and doors opening worldwide for them.
Role
An Account Manager is the key contact between the existing Clients and the company. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with current clients, as well as upselling future marketing solutions to them. You will collate client needs/expectations from quotes, statements of work and briefs from the sales team. The chance to work under the Senior Account Manager is a great opportunity, to manage expectations and to continuously develop and grow a strong relationship.
Responsibilities will include
- Manage an assigned group of Global clients ensuring their satisfaction with all marketing products/solutions.
- Proactively build relationships with all current clients.
- Identify wider opportunities between the clients and the company.

- Proven account management or relevant experience
- Digital Media Experience
