We're Partnering with kids inspire
The Sales Recruitment Company has decided to partner with Kids Inspire in order to support the vital work they do. As a growing business, we believe that we have a responsibility to give back to our community and those who work within it.
Kids Inspire is a charity that operates in and around Essex. Sam Church, our founder, is local to the area and works with the charity whenever he can. It’s a cause that is very close to his heart, and so the entire company will be working hard to support the charity throughout the year. Especially as 2020 has made fundraising so difficult for them.
what do kids inspire do?
Kids Inspire supports children and young people recovering from traumatic experiences or dealing with emerging mental health difficulties. Psychological and behavioural issues can often arise from underlying trauma. This could be anything from family breakdown or conflict, bereavement, abuse or emerging mental health issues.
With each child they meet, Kids Inspire evaluate how their past affects their present by closely reviewing the whole system revolving around them – school, family, peers, and more. They also look at negative childhood experiences to make their practice trauma-informed, addressing the causes rather than the symptoms.
Their overall aim is to make a positive difference in young lives by shaping their futures. Through proactive listening and therapeutic practice, they promote self-resilience, greater self-awareness, and relationship building to empower positive life choices.
how will the Sales recruitment company help?
The Sales Recruitment Company will make a donation to Kids Inspire for every candidate we get started in a new role.
This means that whenever you use our sales recruitment services, you will also be supporting vulnerable children to secure their future.

Your generous contribution will go towards helping children and young people to reclaim their lives and rebuild their future.
- £10 can help pay for online family therapy
- £25 can pay for one young person to attend group therapy online
- £45 can pay for one young person to speak with a therapist online
- £110 can pay for a full online assessment of a family’s therapeutic needs and treatment plan
Kids Inspire’s mission is for all Essex children affected by trauma or emerging mental health difficulties, to receive specialist support to become healthy adults who lead full and fulfilling lives. By supporting Kids Inspire, you are helping them on this mission.
